Enniskillen Conservation Area -- May 21st, 2011

After a sandwich & coffee at Coffee Time in Hampton, we dropped by Enniskillen CA for a look. Spring is well entrenched now. The Red Trilliums are pretty much gone and though the Marsh Marigolds are still there, they are smaller this year.

There are lots of Dryads Saddle fungi- there usually is at Enniskillen.

The Fiddleheads are now full-fledged ferns.

The pond at Enniskillen had beautiful reflections today.

The rapid changes of early Spring have slowed. I usually find that I photograph less in nature as summer approaches but maybe I'll try harder this year to see what I can come up with.
